Object

table

A table that contains reaction configurations for templates.
Each conceptual row in cipslaReactTable corresponds 
to a reaction configured for one template.
          
Each template can have multiple reactions and hence there can be 
multiple rows for a particular template. Different template
types can have different reactions. The reaction type is 
specified as cipslaReactVar based upon template type as some 
reaction types are applicable just for specific template types.
