cfmIpCbrMetricsCfgRate

This object indicates the configured bit rate used by the flow
monitor to compute the DF for the traffic flow.  The value of
this column only has relevance if the corresponding instance of
cfmIpCbrMetricsCfgRateType is 'ipBitRate' or 'mediaRate'.
