As an example, some interfaces to which
objects in this table are applicable are
as follows :
          
        o Ethernet
        o FastEthernet
        o ATM
        o BRI
        o Sonet
        o GigabitEthernet
          
Some objects defined in this table may be 
applicable to physical interfaces only.
As a result, this table may be sparse for
some logical interfaces.
