This object specifies the IP address of the primary
RADIUS server used by this access point to 
authenticate and/or authorize mobile users to access 
the PDN.
              
In case this RADIUS server is not available, the 
secondary will be used.
              
Obsoleted by cgprsAccPtAaaAuthServerGroup and
cgprsAccPtAaaAccountServerGroup.
