This object denotes the operation mode of this APN.
Each mode has different PDP or Bearer context activation and
deactivation behavior and is given as below:
inService - normal operational mode in which all
functions are allowed. cgprsAccPtInServiceNotif
notification will be sent to indicate the state
change.
maintenance - No new PDPs or Bearers can be activated in this
state. cgprsAccPtMaintenanceNotif notification
will be sent to indicate the state change.
