Absolute session timer is a RADIUS attribute (#27) sent
by the AAA server in the Access-Accept packet. The Gateway 
will deactivate the PDP or Bearer when this timer expires.  This
object denotes the timer used by the Gateway when the same
is not received from the AAA server.  Value of '0'
denotes that the timer is disabled.
