The cGgsnGtpEncapsuEntry represents the ifIndex of the interface on which gtp encapsulation is configured. Only one interface can be configured with gtp encapsulation on the GGSN. Entry in the table created whenever interface is configured with gtp encapsulation, Entry is deleted whenever unconfiguring the gtp encapsulation from the interface.
