fspfLinkCost

The cost of sending a frame on this link on this VSAN.
Link cost is calculated using a formula  
      link cost = S * (1.0625e12/Baud Rate)
where S (value of fspfIfCost object on inteface on the
switch corresponding to the domain Id)  is the 
administratively set cost factor for this interface.
