column Enumeration 
This object indicates the operational state of the traffic
flow:
              
    'enabled'
        The corresponding flow monitor is actively monitoring
        the traffic flow.
              
    'disabled'
        The corresponding flow monitor is neither collecting
        data, nor computing metrics for the traffic flow.
