The last action triggered for the feature. If no action
has been triggered for the feature since the last reboot
of the sytem, then retrieving the value of this object 
via SNMP will return 'noOp'.
cfcFeatureCtrlLastAction object is superseded by
cfcFeatureCtrlLastAction2.
