Object
This object controls the entity performance measurement
rising/falling threshold notification. When this object
contains a value of 'true', then generation of entity
rising/falling threshold notification is enabled. If this
object contains a value of 'false', then generation of
entity rising/falling threshold notification is disabled.
The generation of the rising/falling threshold depends
on this global value as well as the object
'cepConfigThresholdNotifEnabled' present in cepConfigTable.
