ceAlarmFilterProfileIndexNext

This object contains an appropriate value to be used
for ceAlarmFilterIndex when creating entries in the
ceAlarmFilterProfileTable.  The value '0' indicates
that no unassigned entries are available.  To obtain
a ceAlarmFilterIndex, the management client issues
a get request.  The agent has the responsibility of 
modifying the value of this object following each 
successful get request.
