that have been used by applications on the physical entity
since sysUpTime.Similarly,the Used High
Watermark indicates the largest number of bytes from
the memory pool that have been used by applications on
the physical entity since sysUpTime.This can be
derived as follows:
Used High Watermark = cempMemPoolUsed +
cempMemPoolFree  - cempMemPoolLowestFree.
