capability supported on this 802.11n interface.
The semantics are as follows.
              
'none' - The station does not provide MCS feedback
through this interface.
              
'unsolicited' - The station provides only
unsolicited MCS feedback.
              
'both'  - The station provides both solicited as
well as unsolicited MCS feedback.
