This object specifies the count of cable modems (CMs) that must report that a particular Non Primary RF channel is DOWN, before that channel is removed from any/all bonding groups with that Non Primary RF channel configured. The value of 0 will prevent from any bonding group modifications. In order to dampen state's changes for an RF channel, the trigger for a channel being restored is one half of this object's value.
