Setting this object to true(1) causes the CM/CPE to
be deleted.  Reading this object always returns false(2).
              
For cdxCmCpeType value cm(1),  CMTS delete CM from 
its interface.
              
For cdxCmCpeType value cpe(2), CMTS delete CPE from 
its associated CM.
