The value of an instance of this object identifies
the name given to the topology to which the SNMP
context is mapped to.
This is typically a human-readable string. This is
the same ASCII string used in the router's console
interface to refer to this topology.
When the value of this object is the zero length
string it indicates that the SNMP context is independent
of any topology.
