class before it drops packets (once the AggregateQSize
has been reached).
              
This field only makes sense in the context of 
Flow-based fair-queueing.
              
cbQosQueueingCfgIndividualQSize object is superseded by
cbQosQueueingCfgIndividualQSize64.
