conforms to the Police violate action. The packet
attibute values depend on the action that is taken
for the particular packet. For example, if the 
action was to set the dscp value, this entry describes
the value it is set to. 
              
cbQosPoliceCfgViolateSetValue object is superseded by
cbQosPoliceActionCfgViolateSetValue.
