column CISCO-TCEntPhysicalIndexOrZero 
In cases where the policy is attached to an entity
e.g. control-plane, this object represents the
entity physical index of the entity to which the
policy has been attached. A value zero may be 
returned if the policy is not attached to a physical
entity or the entPhysicalTable is not supported on 
the SNMP agent.
