If CEF accounting is set to enable nonRecursive
accounting (value of cefCfgAccountingMap object in 
the cefCfgEntry is set to enable 'nonRecursive' 
accounting), then this object represents 
the number of non-recursive bytes in the internal
bucket switched using this prefix.
              
This object is a 64-bit version of 
cefPrefixInternalNRBytes.
