Object
Setting the value of this object to ccActionStart(1)
will reset all the active consistency checkers.
The Management station should poll the
cefInconsistencyResetStatus object to get the
state of inconsistency reset operation.
This operation once started, cannot be aborted.
Hence, the value of this object cannot be set to
ccActionAbort(2).
The value of this object can't be set to ccActionStart(1),
if the value of object cefInconsistencyResetStatus
is ccStatusRunning(2).
