value may be used by the Load Sharing Algorithm.
              
The value of this object is not relevant and will
be set to zero if the value of managed object 
cefCfgLoadSharingAlgorithm is set to none(1) or original(2).
The default value of this object is calculated by
the device at the time of initialization.
