The default configuration is calculated from the
formula CoS = DSCP divide by 8.
That is:
DSCP 0-7 all map to CoS 0;
DSCP 8-15 all map to CoS 1;
...
DSCP 32-39 all map to CoS 4;
...
DSCP 56-63 all map to CoS 7.
