column r/w Enumeration 
This object is used to interpret the meaning of the first 
ANI digit for both receiving and transmitting when sent
and received.
 .firstANIDigit: First ANI digit.
 .aniAvailableOrNot: Indication as to whether ANI is available 
  or not.
 .subscriberCategory: Subscriber category.
The default value is country specific.
