Object

This object specifies the maximum time for which the ABCD 
bit pattern being received on the line, and go back to its 
original signal pattern after the make pattern has been 
asserted. 
The value of 0 indicates there is no maximum break time 
for this signal. 
The value of ccasILSMaxBreakTime must be greater than and 
equal ccasILSMinMakeTime.
If the value is non-zero and the state change lasts longer
than the maximum break time specified, it does not match 
the signal name.
