The FEC correctable count threshold.  This object
is applicable for profile 2.
              
When CMTS detects that FEC correctable count goes higher
than ccsUpSpecMgmtFecCorrectThres2, modulation change can
occur, depending on the type of ccsUpSpecMgmtHopPriority.
              
Note: SNMP SET will be rejected if 
ccsUpSpecMgmtFecCorrectThres2 is lower than 
ccsUpSpecMgmtFecCorrectThres1.
