Setting this object to true(1) causes ccsFlapInsertionFailNum, ccsFlapHitNum, ccsFlapMissNum, ccsFlapCrcErrorNum, ccsFlapPowerAdjustmentNum and ccsFlapTotalNum objects of each entry in ccsFlapTable to be started from zero. Reading this object always returns false(2).
