scalar deprecated r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Setting this object to true(1) causes ccsFlapInsertionFailNum,
ccsFlapHitNum, ccsFlapMissNum, ccsFlapCrcErrorNum, 
ccsFlapPowerAdjustmentNum and ccsFlapTotalNum objects of each
entry in ccsFlapTable to be started from zero. Reading this 
object always returns false(2).
