This object indicates whether to accept, transfer, and
deliver the ATM Adaptation Layer Parameters Information
Element from the calling party to the called party.
The value of this object can be:
  - enabled(1)  This Information Element is transferred
                to the called party
              
  - disabled(2) This Information Element is NOT
                transferred to the called party.
