csfFilterCause

This object restricts the scope of the filter to calls which
were cleared  with the cause code represented by this object.
The values are the same as the clear code values mentioned
in the ATM forum UNI specifications.The value zero indicates 
that the scope of the filter is not restricted by the cause
code value.
