csfFilterCalledParty

The combination of this object and the corresponding instance 
of csfFilterCalledPartyMask is one selection criteria 
for this record.  To match this selection criteria, a failed 
connection setup must have a called party address which has 
the same length as, and is equal in value to 
csfFilterCalledParty for all bits that are 1 in the value of 
csfFilterCalledPartyMask. When the default value for the 
object is retained then the rejected call will match this 
filtering criteria for any called address in the call.
