Determines whether this is to be a -Hierarchical- VP, per the Lightstream per-VC queueing chipset. If the value specified is TRUE, the VP is to be a Hierarchical VP Tunnel. Such a VP cannot be cross-connected. This object is defined on a LS1010 only when the switch is equipped with the Lightstream per-VC queueing chipset.
