An entry in the Vcl table.This entry is used to model a bi-directional Vcl. This table augments the atmVclTable defined in RFC 1695. However it uses ifIndex, atmVclVpi and atmVclVci as an Index for historical reasons. The entries are created/deleted as a by-product of creating and deleting entries in the atmVclTable.
