This variable indicates the path level status of the
working channel in APS. The
c64SonetAPSWorkPathStatus is a bit map represented as
a sum of multiple alarms simultaneously. The
sonetPathNoDefect should be set if and only if no
other flag is set.
              
The various bit position are:
	1	sonetPathNoDefect
	2	sonetPathSTSAIS
	3	sonetPathSTSRDI
	4	sonetPathSTSLOP
	5 	sonetBIPE(BIP-8)
	6	sonetFEBE
	7	sonetPathUnequipped
	8	sonetPathSignalLabelMismatch
