c64SonetAPSWorkLineStatus

This variable indicates the line level status of the
working channel in APS. The
c64SonetAPSWorkLineStatus is a bit map represented as
a sum of multiple alarms simultaneously. The
sonetLineNoDefect should be set if and only if no
other flag is set.
              
The various bit position are:
	1	sonetLineNoDefect
	2	sonetLineAIS
	3	sonetLineRDI
	4	sonetBIPE(BIP-8/24)
	5	sonetFEBE
