c64SonetAPSProtectLineStatus

This variable indicates the line level status of the
protection channel in APS. The
c64SonetAPSProtectLineStatus is a bit map represented
as a sum of multiple alarms simultaneously. The
sonetLineNoDefect should be set if and only if no
other flag is set.
              
The various bit position are:
	1	sonetLineNoDefect
	2	sonetLineAIS
	4	sonetLineRDI
	8	sonetBIPE(BIP-8/24)
	16	sonetFEBE
