notification
A cienaCesIpMgmtInterfaceAddrChgNotification is sent when the IP address of an interface changes. To enable the device to send this notification, cienaCesIPMgmtInterfaceAddrChangeTrapState needs to be set to enabled. The cienaCesIPMgmtInterfaceAddrChangeTrapState is set to enabled by default. Variable bindings include: cienaGlobalSeverity, cienaGlobalMacAddress, cienaCesIpMgmtInterfaceName, cienaCesIpMgmtInterfaceOperIpAddr, and cienaCesIpMgmtInterfaceOperSubnet.
