cienaCesBenchmarkTestInstanceEntryOperState

Indicates the operational state of the test instance. When a generator 
test instance is operationally enabled it means the test is running and 
traffic is being generated. When a reflector test instance is operationally 
enabled it means that reflection is active on the specified svid:cvid combination. 
Use the cienaCesBenchmarkTestInstanceEntryAdminState to enable/disable a test 
instance since this field is read-only and meant to capture operational state.
