column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Applicable to generator test instances, this field is used to trigger 
a connectivity test on the test instance. Setting the value to true will 
trigger the test by transmitting 10 packets. If no error is returned 
then the test has passed. If a commit error is received then the test has failed.
