OctetString
The port's types of input flow control at the
software level. Hardware-level flow control is
independently controlled by the appropriate
hardware-level MIB.
A value of zero indicates no flow control.
Depending on the specific implementation, any or
all combinations of flow control may be chosen by
adding the values:
128 xonXoff, recognizing XON and XOFF characters
64 enqHost, ENQ/ACK to allow input to host
32 enqTerm, ACK to allow output to port
