column OpticalPowerInDbm
This object is used to specify the optical Multiplex Section reference power. This is the value of power the network element will expect on the photodiode. In case the user wants to refine this value the 'cMsDwdmIfMultiplexSectionCalibratedPower' can be used to add an offset to the network element setup value.
