Violations encountered on an interface for a particular
interval. This object only shows the lower word value of 
the counter.The high word value is given by
c8B10BIntervalCVOverflow.
              
SNMP v2c or v3 managers can directly use
c8B10BIntervalHCCodeViols, which is a 64 bit counter.
