This parameter indicates the K.L.M index.
It includes 3 digits:
K - most significant digit, L - next digit,
M - last significant digit.
For E1 ports (SDH):   K=1..3 ; L=1..7 ; M=1..3.
For T1 ports (Sonet): K=1..3 ; L=1..7 ; M=1..4.
For DS3/E3:                   K=1..3 ; L=M=0.
If there is no K.L.M index: K=L=M=0.
Example: for mapping an E1 port to K.L.M = 2.5.3, write 253.
