bit 1 = Power Supply Alarm
bit 2 = Cable Alarm
bit 3 = Temperature Alarm

bit 5 = Radio Alarm
bit 6 = Modem Alarm
bit 7 = Line Alarm
bit 8 = SDH Alarm
bit 9 = BER Alarm
bit 10 = System fault Alarm
bit 11 = Maintenance Alarm
If this field is 0, only standard traps will be sent to the manager
