The objects indicates the number of CMs to check for high utilization at each macdomain-check-interval. 
A higher number will evaluate more CMs on the overloaded DS/US channels to find the heaviest user to 
move to less loaded channels. Therefore, a higher number will cause heavy users to be load balanced more frequently.
