The duration of time (in minutes) that is used to monitor and calculate the average bandwidth for each service flow associated with this Enforce Rule. In essence, we will use a sliding window with a duration specified by this parameter whenever calculating the average bandwidth that the service flow has utilized. Values must be divisible by 30. The history duration must be an integer multiple of the sampling interval.
