The amount of time that an impaired OFDM profile will remain impaired before transitioning to good upon being notified that the CM can decode the profile. This provides some hysteresis for a profile to become stable before using the newly decodable profile. If set to a value of 0, then there is no hysteresis (no timer is started) and all profiles may transition to good immediately upon being notified that the CM can decode the profile.
