Name of the loopback If. To configure a 
loopback Interface,this parameter must be set.
That is, a descriptive name should be given to
a loopback inteface. The maximum length of a 
name is 8 characters. This parameter is set 
once during the creation of a loopback If. 
A loopback can not be renamed.
