The loopback's source IP address. This is one 
of the parameters required to set up loopback
	interface. The parameters loopbackIfIpAddr 
and loopbackIfSubnetMask have to be set 
	together during the same request. 
	To unconfigure the IP address, a set operation
	is performed with the value 0.0.0.0
