bundleLinkRestore specifies the links to be 
restored manually. This parameter is configured 
when the value of bundleRestoreMethod is manual. 
The user needs to specify the link/s to be 
restored. LSB in the OCTET STRING represents 
T1 Number 1. For example, to restore links 1-4 
the value should be set to 000F
